Billing and Cancellation Policy

1. All bookings must be secured by a Current Valid Credit Card or Bank Transfer to Guarantee Booking
2. 7 Days notice of Cancellation is required. Cancellation after this will incur a charge equal to two nights stay. No notice of cancellation will be charged in full.
3. Payment must be paid for the duration of stay on arrival by either cash or Credit Card. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% bank charge.
4. Payment can be made in USD/EUR/GBP/JPY/SGD/HKD and will be billed at the current local exchange rates
